Role Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead our Commercial Banking Team in Kano. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and providing leadership to a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and deliver tailored financial solutions

Lead and motivate the commercial banking team to meet sales and service targets

Drive growth in revenue, deposits, and quality risk assets through relationship management

Understand client needs and align banking products to meet those needs effectively

Oversee the execution of sales strategies by segment and product type

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients within the assigned sector

Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, driving performance improvements

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelorβs Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline

Minimum of 5 yearsβ experience in commercial banking or a similar role
